New race for 2019, an out and back route mostly trail, Stoneymollan and the Three Lochs Way/John Muir Way with a short excursion off road to the top of Ben Bowie.
In 2024 due to the blockage on the 3LW the start & finish changed to Banachra Woods, a wee bit shorter, 2025 likely to be the same.
