Meet at the club, usual time, a run round the race route , but in no way a race, just a steady run with lots of rests to take in the (queens) view, very runable, no one left behind, just over an hour with 20 mins drive each way, ALL Millies, friends, associates n ex Millies WELCOME, hope to see you there !

Club 10k Tuesday 3rd May, meet at the club 6:30, route will be based around an old Polaroid 10k one, starting by Davie Grahams, finishing in Christie Park.
