Great running from old faces and new for our first race back on a slightly changed route, less road and path but a similar distance via a couple of extra twists and turns. Ally unlucky to have to pull up after lap 1. Jim kept us in line and on time, thank you! Lorna, Luke and Irene watched, Lorna fed the masses with Muffins at the end, results;

Hi Millies, club runs have been updated for April, and we’re looking to get this years club races started, the two remaining cross countries are planned for Tuesday evenings 20th and 27th April. We’ll be running the routes on training nights before that, come along and give it a try if you’re not sure, meet 6:30 at the community centre. Full details in the Training and Events page.
Millies from 12th March we are allowed to have club runs, Main criteria are : (1) Maximum group size (bubble) of 15 (2) Physical distancing should be maintained at all times (2m side by side & 5m single file). (3) Only those considered local (West Dunbartonshire) may take part (4) Attendance to be recorded. (5) Maintain separation from other “bubbles” meeting at e.g. Leisure Centre.
All of us are considered local and hope to see you Tuesday’s and Thursday’s @ 6:30pm. (Thursday 18th meet at Balloch Park Gates 6:30 for a Head Torch run up Whinny Hill).
From next week (Tues 23rd/Thurs 25th) we will be starting structured runs Tuesdays and Steady runs Thursdays.
Following new Scottish Athletics guidance all club runs and races are suspended until end January. People can still meet up , max 2 households, for personal / informal exercise subject to level 4 restrictions, see below link to SAL info.
