Next race is a new one for us, Ben Bowie, starting and finishing at the top of the tarmac road up Stoneymollan, following the Three Lochs Way to the gate before the drop down to Helensburgh. Go through the gate and leaving the main path, turn right through boggy ground following a narrow path beside the fence for about 100 yards, up a short steep rise, continue for another 40 yards looking for an obvious fence crossing on your right, cross it climb up 20 yards on the path down a slight dip to a second top with small cairn, round th ecairn and return to the start by the same way. And no we don’t visit the christmas tree!

Race is about 6 miles with 900′ of ascent and descent, link to map….
