MoK run 2016 (1/2 Mara)
Great race at the 2016 MOK run. Half marathon for all three of us. Elaine finished in 1:39, Capt Pat 1:43 and myself in 1:56 (min faster than last year!) It was a hot one! 😅

Polaroid 10Km Race VoL
Polaroid 10K Organisers are looking for volunteers to assist in marshalling duties for the VoL race next Sunday. Understand goody bags are given out to those who assist, think you get the T Shirt and Sun Glasses but don’t quote me. In past we used to get a donation to the club based on number of volunteers but not sure if this is still the case.
We have few club members running so you can also inspire them by giving your vocal support when they pass you in the race.
