August runs and races added to the calendar;

Ted Baker, Pappert Well, Tuesday 18th

10K Road, Thursday 27th

We need to sort out the Duathlon, let me know what you think, usually a Sunday morning.

    Hel n Back 13th September, I am off to Ireland for the rest of that week. We normally have this on a Sunday morning so what about Sunday 6th September. Surely it will be nice weather by then.
