Just a note to remind all that the CE Centre will close after tonight and not re-open till Tuesday 5th January 2016. Should anyone wish to meet for a run over the holiday, post on Facebook or Club Website, understand some will be running on Christmas day and New Year’s Day. Wishing all member a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, hope Santa brings you plenty running gifts to set you on successful running for 2016.

Balloch Park Cross Country

Reminder for Sunday 13th, meet Balloch Castle in time for a 10:00 am start

Garscube Harriers have arranged a first aid course (specific to athletics) on Sunday 20th December from 10.30am – 5.30pm in the Exercise Studio at the Garscube Sports Complex, West of Scotland Science Park, off Maryhill Road, Glasgow G20 0SP. Members of your club are invited to attend this course and I shall be glad if you will forward this email to any members that you consider may be interested.The course cost is £25 per head (lunch is not provided).There are limited places available, and will be filled on a first-come first-serve basis. An application form is attached which should be completed and returned to me by Monday 14th December 2015.
