Wishing all Millies a great run in the Helensburgh 10K first of the Polaroid series tomorrow evening. Weather looking good and so should we.

Stephen Johnston finished in about 52 1/2 minutes the only Millie in 300 runners, 1st runner took just over 35 minutes, last in 1 hour 50. Results and pictures here http://www.stir.ac.uk/dumyat/

Lyndsay Cunningham in 4 hours 20 and Stephen Johnston 4 hours 42 took part in Saturday’s Stuc, a new start finish replacing the first and last two miles of forest road with a mixture of trail, tussocks and heather, unusually for a hill race with a fully marked route. Hills covered in Marshall’s offering encouragement and nutrition, much praise to these hardy souls, some of them standing around on exposed mountainside for several hours.

Due to the election we have decided to postpone the race, new date TBC.

Just a reminder that annual club fees are due so appreciate for those still to pay to pass over to Paul the Treasurer or in his absence another committee member.
